What We Do
NIL Representation & Athlete Marketing
We help athletes take control of their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) by building strong personal brands, creating business opportunities, and maximizing long-term value. Our team assists with athlete branding, sponsorship opportunities, social media growth, content strategy, partnerships, and marketing campaigns while helping protect the athlete’s image and future. We also provide PR and media training to prepare athletes for interviews, press appearances, podcasts, public speaking, and social media visibility.

TNP is recognized as one of the top performance training programs in the fitness industry. Led by certified personal trainer Russell Dudley, our training programs are designed for athletes of all ages, skill levels, and genders. We provide customized training for off-season development, in-season performance, combines, pre-draft preparation, speed and agility work, strength and conditioning, and professional athlete training. Performance Training
Top Notch Performance (TNP), led by Russell Dudley, has worked with athletes from the youth, high school, collegiate, and professional levels, helping them maximize performance through elite-level speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and recovery training. TNP training programs are designed for off-season development, in-season performance, combine preparation, and professional athlete development. Athletes trained through TNP have competed at the highest levels of football, basketball, and track & field, building a reputation for discipline, athletic growth, and results-driven performance training.
Financial Services & Wealth Education
Through our partnership with Oppenheimer & Co., we help athletes and families gain access to financial education and wealth-building resources designed to create long-term success beyond sports. We believe athletes should be equipped with the knowledge and support to make smart financial decisions early in their careers. My experience as former collegiate player, youth/high school coach, scout and recruiting and talent agent experience instilled in me the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
